LESSON FROM TODAY MCGI CARES
In today's session of mcgi cares live I learnt elot. I started by learning that When we first hear Gods word, it may not reach our heart instantly. When we hear the word we can keep it in your heart before it reach our mind.We should no be too wise but we must understand what the will of God says. People believe things they don't see. Some people need to see before they believe. Its possible that what we can't see we can smell it or feel it or touch it. God has things that are not seen but does.
Secondly I learnt The works of God are evidence that he exist. Because no one can do what he does. We have to do good so people can glorify God. If we do good its for our benefits. Satan will be defeated if we do good. It is the will of God and a way to silence the foolish one.
I also got understanding that I also learnt that we should get our thinking from our heart, you think from what you are told. Block everything that can corrupt your mind, don't allow them.
I was also made to understand that We should be careful with what we watch and expose ourselves as christians to because it will affect us if Gods word isn't filled in our hearts
We are to do good to people In any way we can and we are not to show off in anything we do even when praying and fasting. So we don't oppress people.
Let us set our mind on the things that are above, not the things of the world because it is what you hear that your mind will be filled with.
We are to preach the word of God anytime and our manners of life can be a preaching.
"Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks" but how about about those that ask you to come and eat and it didn't reach their mind? We should follow our hearts.
