[Reflection] Are we accustomed to practicing the truth?

Today I was thinking, why do people lie? Creating an embarrassing situation by lying only gets us back more trouble than perhaps accepting the mistakes and facts and telling the truth.

I believe that we must always speak and act in truth, because it is the cut diamond of facts in relation to what we say and do. It's no use acting one way and talking about another, that's not cool. Speaking is easier than acting, we've heard this a lot, shouldn't we try to change this paradigm?

The way we lead our lives depends only on us. Nothing prevents us from telling the truth and there is no sacrifice to say it. Being honest with the people around us is something beautiful to see and even better when practiced and don't come up with that you lied to protect yourself or something, we don't foresee the future, but we can live trying not to make mistakes or lie to hurt our close companions.

The lie it destroys your personality and corrodes your image, you become someone disliked, people start ignoring you or judging you without perhaps having done anything at that time, but previous situations generated this pre-judgment.

From now on, we will be honest with our friends, family and relationship partners. I prefer the painful truth to the welcoming lie, because one day, when that lie is unmasked, the pain will be much greater.

May we practice the truth, so that we can create sincere and crystal-clear ties and, who knows, help build a better world.

Hoje estive pensando, porque as pessoas mentem? Criar uma situação embaraçosa por conta de mentiras só nos retorna mais problemas do que talvez aceitar os erros e fatos e dizer a verdade.

Acredito que devemos sempre falar e agir em verdade, pois ela é o diamante lapidado dos fatos em relação ao que falamos e realizamos. Não adianta agir de uma forma e falar de outra, isso não é legal. Falar é mais fácil que agir, já escutamos muito isso, não devemos tentar mudar esse paradigma?

A maneira como conduzimos a vida, depende apenas de nós. Nada nos impede de dizer a verdade e nem existe sacrifício para a dizermos. Ser sincero com as pessoas que nos cercam é algo lindo de se ver e melhor ainda quando praticado e não venha com essa de que mentiu para se proteger ou algo assim, não prevemos o futuro, mas podemos viver tentando não errar ou mentir para ferir nossos companheiros próximos.

A mentira ela destrói a sua personalidade e corroí a sua imagem, você se torna alguém mal visto, as pessoas começam a ignorar você ou julgar sem você talvez ter feito nada naquele momento, mas situações anteriores geraram esse pré-julgamento.

Daqui em diante, seremos sinceros com nossos amigos, família e companheiros de relacionamento. Prefiro a verdade dolorida do que a mentira acolhedora, pois um dia, quando essa mentira for desmascarada, a dor será muito maior.

Que possamos praticar a verdade, para criamos laços sinceros e cristalinos e quem sabe assim, ajudar a construir um mundo melhor.
