That's a good question too. Here in Brazil, the day "turns" at 9 p.m. meaning I follow the idea of bots that vote, for example. If they vote for me at 4 p.m. and I post again at 6 p.m. on the same day, they don't come, but if I post at 9:01 p.m., they do.
