Hello, I managed to put together a timeline of what happened by looking at the Hive blockchain + production database:

Event 1: On September 19th at 19:49 UTC you responded twice and ekads also responded within the 10-minute window. The draw ran between the two of you and you won (event hivegrove-bonus-1789847339655, winner = rayhanhiveman) and were credited +5 points at 19:59:54 UTC.

Event 2: Draw at 23:34 UTC on September 19th, you were indeed the only one to respond within the 10-minute window, but the rule is 1 win per day UTC per player, so since you had already won the 19:49 event on the same day UTC, this second draw did not award you any points.

With all this in mind, I've already made a good change to the notifications; now I'm going to make them more communicative. For example, in this same scenario, after I upload the version, you will receive a notification indicating what happened, so you won't be so "in the dark" about what's going on.
