If there is a place that was once very busy and that serves as knowledge and joy for many people, libraries seem to be increasingly in disuse, due to the digital media that advances more and more and the quick and short content of microblogs, reading a book has already become a great challenge, imagine going to a library to get a book? Or just staying there and enjoying a day reading countless pages to have the knowledge of ages in your mind? It is really something complicated nowadays, but I still think it is necessary to have them in operation.
I believe that everything in life is about balance, it's about having one more option to do something, so even though there are many virtual options, reading a good book is something that some people still do. I believe that there is still a lot of movement in libraries, and not to mention that not everything is still online, not everything that has been published in the history of humanity is digital, so for some things, we will still need books. My opinion is that libraries are as necessary as any other service or right that we have.
Not to mention that in an increasingly digital and online world, with cell phones and everything else, it's good to have some option where we can do things offline. I think that after this saturation of content, short videos and lots of blue screens on cell phones, today there is a movement by many people to try to cut back a little on this, the use of electronic devices. For example, I confess that I was never a big fan of reading a book, but nowadays I would be happy if my children at least read comic books, graphic novels that marked my childhood so much and they don't even do that.
Fighting the cell phone is complicated, doing a long reading on a screen seems to be a bad thing, even though there are ways for you to go to a public square and read something there on your cell phone or tablet, we will still be in contact with technology, with the screen, so being able to pick up a book and go to a ventilated, open place, with nature nearby, certainly seems like a great program to do, to gain knowledge outdoors free, far from technology, even as a technology lover, I have my moments when I just want to turn everything off and go offline, get away from everything and enjoy time with my family.
Not to mention that closing libraries seems to me to be an attitude of dictatorial governments: they always want to take away people's knowledge, so if I remember correctly, there are some films that portray exactly this, dark periods of humanity, of inhumane governments that had as their sole objective dictatorship and among the atrocities, closing libraries and burning books. So, for this reason, I think we cannot close libraries or remove their resources, at least leave 1 or 2 per city, something like that, an official one, public and open to everyone!
In this way, I think we should leave these places as sanctuaries of knowledge, where we can search for something that not even the internet yet has, a soul, a life, a universe of imagination within anyone's reach. Libraries must be protected and acclaimed as a cultural heritage of humanity, places where we can seek knowledge and travel without leaving the place where we are, just reading pages and pages of adventures and wisdom.
Se tem um lugar que j谩 foi muito movimentado e que serve como conhecimento e alegria para muitas pessoas, as bibliotecas parecem estar cada vez mais em desuso, por conta das m铆dias digitais que avan莽am cada vez mais e o conte煤do r谩pido e curto de microblogs, ler um livro j谩 se tornou um grande desafio, imagine ir para uma biblioteca buscar um livro? Ou somente ficar l谩 e aproveitar um dia lendo in煤meras p谩ginas para ter o conhecimento de eras em sua mente? 脡 realmente algo complicado atualmente, mas ainda penso que seja necess谩rio ter elas em funcionamento.
Acredito que tudo na vida 茅 equil铆brio, 茅 uma quest茫o de ter uma op莽茫o a mais para fazer algo, ent茫o por mais que existam muitas op莽玫es virtuais, ler um bom livro 茅 algo que algumas pessoas ainda fazem, acredito que o movimento delas ainda 茅 alto nas bibliotecas e sem contar que nem tudo continua online, nem tudo o que foi publicado at茅 hoje na hist贸ria da humanidade est谩 no digital, ent茫o para algumas coisas, precisaremos ainda dos livros. A minha opini茫o 茅 de que as bibliotecas s茫o t茫o necess谩rias quanto qualquer outro servi莽o ou direito que temos.
Sem contar que em um mundo cada vez mais digital e online, com celulares e tudo mais, 茅 bom ter alguma op莽茫o no qual podemos fazer as coisas offline, acho que depois dessa satura莽茫o de conte煤do, de v铆deos curtos e de muita tela azul de celulares, hoje existe o movimento de muitas pessoas de tentar cortar um pouco isso, o uso dos eletr么nicos. Eu, por exemplo, confesso que nunca fui muito f茫 de ler um livro, mas hoje em dia ficaria feliz de que meus filhos pelo menos lessem gibis, hist贸rias em quadrinhos que tanto marcaram a minha inf芒ncia e nem mesmo isso eles fazem.
Combater o celular 茅 complicado, fazer uma leitura longa em uma tela parece ser algo ruim, por mais que existam formas de voc锚 ir para uma pra莽a p煤blica e ler algo ali no seu celular ou tablet, ainda estaremos em contato com o tecnol贸gico, com a tela, ent茫o poder pegar um livro e ir para algum lugar ventilado, aberto, com a natureza ao lado, com certeza parece ser um 贸timo programa para fazer, ganhar conhecimento ao ar livre, longe de tecnologia, at茅 mesmo como um amante dela, tenho meus momentos que somente quero desligar tudo e ficar off, ficar longe de tudo e aproveitar o tempo com a minha fam铆lia.
Sem contar que fechar bibliotecas me parece ser atitude de governos ditatoriais: eles querem sempre retirar o conhecimento das pessoas, ent茫o se n茫o me falha a mem贸ria, existem alguns filmes que retratam justamente isso, per铆odos sombrios da humanidade, de governos desumanos que tinham como objetivo simplesmente a ditadura e dentre as atrocidades, fechar bibliotecas e queimar livros. Ent茫o, por este motivo, acho que n茫o podemos fechar as bibliotecas ou remover recursos dela, pelo menos deixar 1 ou 2 por cidade, algo assim, uma oficial, p煤blica e aberta para todos!
Desta forma, penso que devemos deixar estes locais como santu谩rios do conhecimento, onde podemos buscar por algo que nem mesmo a internet ainda possui, uma alma, uma vida, um universo de imagina莽茫o ao alcance de qualquer pessoa. Bibliotecas devem ser protegidas e aclamadas como um patrim么nio cultural da humanidade, lugares onde podemos buscar o conhecimento e viajar sem sair do pr贸prio lugar onde estamos, somente lendo p谩ginas e p谩ginas de aventuras e sabedoria.
