个人经验：

  1. 不锈钢那款不能放微波炉，肯定不得行。
  2. 塑料材质如果放比较油的饭菜，油腥附着在塑料表面很难清洗干净，加热后还会留下油味。
  3. 下次友哥看到玻璃材质的饭盒就换玻璃材质的，虽然会重一些，但好清洁也可以放微波炉加热
