Recordaba esta mañana algo que mi hermana y yo veíamos en la televisión juntas cuando éramos niñas, "Los cuentos de mamá Oca". Esta serie animada, basada en las clásicas rimas infantiles europeas, nos enseñaba valores como la amistad y la curiosidad a través de personajes entrañables. Una de sus mejores historias era la de "El patito feo", donde un pequeño cisne, rechazado por todos por ser diferente, descubre al crecer que su supuesta rareza era en realidad su mayor belleza. Sin duda, una lección que aún hoy me acompaña.

Pues sí, y para terminar, algo divertido: mi esposo y yo estábamos en una finca, nos bajamos de la bicicleta y, de repente, unas ocas se nos acercaron haciendo ese ruido tan suyo, como un "¡honk, honk, honk!" que retumbaba en el campo. Mi esposo, con los ojos como platos, me dijo: "Creo que deberíamos correr… no les gustan los intrusos y a veces son agresivas con los extraños". Y allí estábamos, dos adultos en plena huida cómica, tropezando con las piedras, mientras las ocas nos perseguían con una determinación que daba miedo y risa a la vez😆. Al final, nos refugiamos detrás de una cerca y ellas se quedaron graznando como si hubieran ganado la batalla. ¡Nunca olvidaré esa escena!
