¡Hola, familia Hive!

Hello, Hive family! This is your friend @shell975, with a well-loaded coffee just like my imagination, because today I'll be answering the questions proposed in LOH Contest #310.

First of all, I want to thank all the sponsors for this new space to share more in the beautiful Ladies of Hive community, and @kerrislravenhill for this week's questions. I also want to invite everyone who wishes to join this experience, and now, let's begin with the questions:

🎭 Pregunta 1:

🎭 Question 1:
If the Ladies of Hive community ever organizes a lavish Masquerade meetup, what historical figure, accomplished author/artist, or fictional character will you dress as to attend this imaginary event, and why?

In such a cool case, I would choose to dress as Mavis, Dracula's daughter in Hotel Transylvania, because she is an energetic character who also dresses in black, which fits perfectly with my preferences. She has a sweet personality without losing her curiosity and friendliness, but she is also strong, attached to her family, charismatic, and fun.

And her voice in English is played by actress Selena Gomez, and since that's also my name, I'll take that point in my favor hahaha. I like that character; she fits perfectly for my interpretation.

It would be even cooler if I had that special effect (even with ropes tied to the costume) to enter the middle of the room from the air; it would give it more charm hahaha. And a dim light combined with a blue or purplish tone and smoke coming out near the spotlights, since they announce each participant's arrival, that's how I imagine mine.

🎤 Pregunta 2:

🎤 Question 2:
Set aside the body wash, turn off the shower, swap that brush for a microphone and imagine yourself a famous singer. What style would you sing? Pick one, two, or even three other Hive members as members of your imaginary music group and state the reason why.

I love this question hahaha, I've already imagined it, and I would definitely sing rock 😎, I just love it 🥹🫶🏻. Thinking about my music group, I would surely be accompanied by @kingdomsoldier, my beloved husband, whom I already picture there with a very powerful electric piano, and @jaeli, who is my sister-in-law and we have sung together, so I already know how that combination goes 😎.

I imagine that moment with Jae on lead vocals and electric guitar, Joc on piano or bass, and me on drums hehehe. And thank goodness we have to take it to the imagination, because if it depended on what I know how to play, I'd see myself with a maraca singing rock without matching the song with the instrumental 😂. Surely the chiqui chiqui of the maracas would make it sound more like The Macarena 🥲😂.

That would be very fun; I have sometimes dreamed of a band like that, mainly in my adolescence when I began to awaken that taste for rock, which more than a phase has been something firm that I maintain.

And that's all for here, let your imagination fly and join this space. What character would you play? Have you ever imagined being in a band or music group, and how would you describe it?
