A good hearted and cute beautiful doctor and dying cancer patient, who was waiting to die without hope of survival. And then as if the creator sent Vikrama Aditya to Prerna as a gift of his life. Vikrama asks Aditya to see his future and when he knows that he will live long and fulfill his various dreams. Prerna does not want to believe such a thing and later believes it. As a result of which Vikrama recovers after many hardships and his beautiful future union with Aditya is seen.
Aditya had no love in his life and thought that he would die soon and lost all hope. But his love for Prerna gives him hope to survive and Aditya returns to Prerna's life.
In the same way, Prerna had lost all hope of living because there was no cure for her disease, but her love for Aditya gave her hope to survive. As a result, inspiration returns to Aditya's life despite dying.
I believe in God given destiny and also believe that our destiny is controlled by our actions.
