There has been an awakening of happy and poductive people. These people don't waste time on binging empty entertainment and get entertained by actually living and doing things. Every miserable lazy person wants to up their game and start competing with them.
This is why self-improvement has become a real sport.
These are my methods for fine tuning your creativity, productivity and focus.
#1 Wake up at 6 am
It might not seem much and really is quite subtle. This increases your productivity simply by being awake and doing things while many sleep. You also align your sleep cycle with other productive people, this means you wont waste time by being awake during the night when nothing gets done. This is a hard habit to get into, but definitely one you should get into.#2 Start meditating
It's a fantastic habit to get into, especially now that you get up so early. Focus on the extermination of all thought by focusing on your breathing, try to reach the 20 minute mark without thinking and you will never look back. You will learn how to control your thoughts, turning your intuition into the pimp that handles your thoughts. Oh the pimp hand is strong.#3 Wim Hof breathing and ice cold showers
This is a real hidden gem and many people dismiss it as being some silly witchcraft. It is witchcraft however but not silly in the least bit, doing the breathing excercises really sharpens your focus and allows you to work with infuriating problems without giving up.
The ice cold showers really relax your body while also making you cold resistant and strapping rockets to your immune system. Incorporate this into your morning routine right after waking up and before meditation, you'll never feel better.
#4 Fasting and intermittent fasting
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, if you don't eat breakfast then you wont have energy to do anything. Don't starve yourself. These are the things our brainwashed mothers hammered into our heads and what many of them still do.The truth is actually the polar opposite, the human body has actually been designed to run most efficiently in ketosis, which can only be achieved after not eating for a while. You are much more alert and your ability to make important decisions is improved greatly.
Fasting is not for everyone but I advise everyone to give it a try.
