One of my favorite photos to take has long been when I am looking up from the base of huge redwood trees. There is something about staring up at these giants that makes me feel so small, but grateful to be amoung these huge living giants that stretch far into the sky.
These pics were taken in Northern California, USA among the mighty redwood trees they have there. Thankfully, these trees are protected to some extent, so they will hopefully continue to strive in that area.
