San Gimignano is absolutely charming: a town of beautiful towers, a monument of the Middle Ages that has preserved the atmosphere of past centuries. How nice it is to visit it, admire the ancient architecture and stroll through the narrow streets! Alas, we did not manage to get to the top of its famous towers of the 11th-13th centuries — we arrived too late.

But they were perfectly visible: we walked around the town, and at sunset with a bottle of local wine and delicious appetizers climbed onto the wall of the fortress — to take pictures, have dinner and just enjoy the views and atmosphere of early spring in the ancient town.

It's better to watch the photo in high resolution.
