If you are not bored with photos of the north and winter, then today I suggest you look at some photos of the Northern Lights over one mountain.
It was an amazing night near the small town of Kirovsk at the foot of the Khibiny Mountains. Despite the fact that we arrived there that day only in the evening, checked into the apartments and after dinner and a long day already went to bed, a few minutes later we received information that the Northern Lights were being observed right now in the vicinity of Kirovsk.
So we quickly changed our plans for the night and went to the mountains. With varying intensity and sometimes long intervals, Aurora pleased us for several hours.
Still, it's an amazing sight. It is breathtaking to watch the movement of light streaks, especially when they spread to half the sky, quickly and suddenly turning into bizarre patterns. Having seen this sight once, I think I will always want to see more.
It's better to watch photos in high resolution.
