Edit: We spoke with their CEO, who says although they have made many mistakes, they are "not a scam". We don't have the time to waste to dig into this further, and have agreed to change some of our wording to simply reflect the facts we found and will leave it up to the readers to decide.
Curiously enough, on Bitcointalk someone has delved into their whitepaper a bit, and it seems to match, word for word, an ICO that launched before them. But again, we are staying out of this, we did our review, and it's time to move on, we have a channel to run and an audience to protect. Even though it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, maybe it's not a duck, but we can't say "for sure".

We are also still waiting on a picture of their physical office promised by their CEO on our phone conversation which has not yet been supplied.

This one was listed on some of our biggest competitor's channels, AirdropAlert and Airdrops.io
First up, their LinkedIns:
95% of the "team" listed on their website and whitepaper do not claim any association with XeniaCoin on their profiles. Most of the profiles look to be brand new or illegitimate. Some of their team members don't even have LinkedIns. And some of the links on the LinkedIn buttons don't even go to LinkedIn! They just take you back to XeniaCoin.org!
The very first one listed told us they have NO ASSOCIATION with this project and should NOT be listed as a partner! Two of the other three are "Xenia Capital", another company of theirs, and "Six38PPN"
They invited us to do as much due diligence as we desire. YOU GOT IT! :D
Looking at the company page given to us in the chat, we found a MUSIC VIDEO from "Six38PPN" which they seem to also be running (we'll get into that next), but this music video is HILARIOUS (and sad at the same time)

One of the first things you'll notice, is that this "company" wants you to invest in Xenia Coin! And they aren't shy about it either. Lets scroll down to the bottom of the page and see if we can find an address to look up.
And do a quick GoogleMap search..
Ah.. their "physical office" doesn't seem too physical to us. Looks a bit more like a virtual office location if anything, but bears no markings of "Six38PPN"
