Expected behavior
Should the value line contained in my profile not be separate when changing the screen in the seluler version.

Actual behavior
The value line looks normal when the screen is in the desktop version, but some value lines start apart when i change the screen in the seluler version.

How to reproduce
Open the website https://steemhunt.com
Go to the My Profile and then you see line values in desktop version
Change the screen in the mobile version and you will see some separate line values
Browser: Google Chrome fast & secure version 67.0.3396.87
Operating system: Oppo A57 android version 6.0.1
Recording Of The Bug
Sorry because i did not record the screen, I only include screenshots when reporting in the github repo. Now the issue has been fixed and cannot be record the screen. I hope some of the pictures above can prove it.
