React Sketchapp is a tool that provides an easy way to manage a Sketch asset in a large design system.
For use this tool, make sure you have installed Sketch version 43+, & npm recently.

I would say this is an open-source library that allows you to write React components which are then rendered into Sketch documents.
Besides, this tool also provides a very easy way above Sketch to build your own custom design tool.
