The essence of street photography is the recording of everyday life and society on the streets. You can find opportunities to practice street photography anywhere, and you do not have to travel to take great photos.

This is the kind of photography that is usually done without permission and without the knowledge of the subject matter. However, street photography does not override images. You can find fun characters that capture your vision, you can walk to a stranger and ask permission to take a picture. This is a great way to get people in your neighborhood more intimate.

The most important thing for street photography is to have fun and enjoy dating your camera. Remember, your goal is to capture the emotions, humanity, and characters that represent a person. Taking your photos takes time, but there are some very helpful exercises and patience.

1: You do not want to be a freak who stands on the other side of the road, pointing to a big shot at a stranger. If you do not want to be ignored, you must approach and move into action. Use a wide-angle lens and get lost in a busy crowd. Many street photographers opt for pocket cameras that are more attractive than large digital SLR cameras because they are smaller, lighter, and more cautious.

2: Camera Configuration

The quickest and easiest way to set the camera for street photography is to turn the camera into AV (Aperture Priority Mode) and manually select aperture (aperture) and ISO. The camera will determine the shutter speed (exposure). On a sunny day, a good place to start is f / 16, ISO between 200-400. If your camera shows a shutter speed of more than 1/200 second per second, you can start shooting.

Please note that the camera is reading the shutter speed and adjust the appropriate aperture and ISO. If your camera provides a shutter speed of less than 1/80, it may produce blurry shots, but can also be used to get better results. To overcome ambiguity, simply raise the ISO and / or select a larger aperture. If you are not familiar with photography, you can always set the camera to P (Program or Auto mode) and let the camera choose the correct settings. If you want to expose it above or below, you can still customize the EV.

If you shoot professionals and firearms (do not have time to think), but camera operations are virtually unmanageable, which is very useful, so this is not always the best option. The program mode runs pretty well, but I do not believe it, because the shutter speed is too slow to freeze.
