Jesus freed non-Jewish followers from Mosaic law. Much of what’s in Leviticus does not apply as it is fulfilled through Jesus. If you recall, Jesus would start his teaching with “it is said” and changes it with “but I say to you”. And when was the last time you sacrificed a lamb 🐑 for the forgiveness of sins? We don’t do that anymore.
