Time and tide wait for none .
Time is a valuable resource. This is a widely accepted proverb. Although in reality, time is different from resources or other material issues. As you can set aside money, food, fuel products or other things for future use, the time can not be isolated. Any attempt to keep it from being used in time is ineffective. If you sleep for eight hours and try to keep it off without doing anything in the rest of the day, what happens? At the end of the day, those unused hours are not returned.
