Hi I know I did not write a lot the last three weeks but things at school were so hectic that I hardly had time for anything.
Being head of a department one of my teachers got sick and did not cope so I had to jump in and help so that all her students got all their marks and got the same treatment as the rest of the students. As a teacher, I believe that all students should get the same opportunities and treatment. I also believe in consistency from my students as well as from my teachers.
We as teachers should always remember that we teach more than just the content of a subject we are an example to these students. The way we handle situations and the morals we teach our students are just as important as subject knowledge. Always work hard be prepared and confident in what you do. It is important to give your student the tools to make a success of their lives not just the knowledge of the subject.
