You are not talking about Khal, but Neil as far as comments about HIVE, and he is allowed his own opinion. I know because I have watched pretty much every video that has ever been put out by the core team.

Leo Finance is not just Khal or Neil but all of us that are part of that community and working on building it.

As far as LEO advertising, their timeline makes sense not wanting to place the cart before the horse! As has been mentioned elsewhere they are focusing on development right now which takes a while. Once they are happy that they have an excellent product with minimal bugs, they will concentrate their funds and efforts on advertisement and marketing.

Take Kingdoms on the CUB Finance for instance. They really did not want to release it until it had its code audited by CertiK. They released a small portion of it because they had been promising for so long.
