I love animals and am just a little jealous of your close proximity to the animal rescue. I am not so sure about those lions and tigers. I would be afraid that they would eyeball me for lunch as I am a bit overweight and any discerning wild feline knows:  

The fat surrounding the meat adds to its flavour.
