Blessed Sunday guys!

This was how my Sunday went. Me and my brother decided to exercise and jog around the compound for a while. Before jogging I took some photos of these flowers just right outside our doorstep. I don't actually know what they are called but they just look really lovely to look at.

When we we're on our way up to run, I saw one of the cat's who stays in our compound which they named Fracture. It's really nice to see him still alive. He's actually the kindest cat in our compound. When he would go to you he would rub himself and even try to sit on your lap. It was difficult to take a photo of him because he kept on moving.

After jogging we stayed by the pond. We only jogged 7 rounds around the compound. It was really tiring. I already felt on how unfit I am after that jog. I kinda missed exercising but I have one hurdle in life..... Laziness. It just seems so nice to rest after working in the hospital. And one thing that stopping me also is as soon as I get home I take a bath and then I feel tired. But I'll try my best to start exercising again.

We were walking around and saw kitten was chilling under the car resting on the shade.

We went to the garden of my grandma and noticed that there were so many scattered leaves.
image.png
I was looking for something to do that time so I started to rake the leaves on the ground.
image.png
This was at the back of the chairs.
image.png
While I was raking me and my brother noticed that there were so many things crawling in grass. We looked closely and they were maggots. I'm really glad that I was using closed shoes and high socks that time. I can't imagine, if they were crawling up my feet while using slippers.
image.png

We noticed that they were coming from this mound. There were also ants eating them. We were concluding with my brother that this was a bird that died which is being decomposed by ants and maggots.

Here's a video showing some of the maggots and ants

Here's the after. I don't know why but it felt so good to pile all the leaves in one place.

Here are some photos of the flowers that my grandma has in her garden.

image.png
Oh, the beauty of nature will always be something that I will love.
image.png
We went to the left side of the garden and we noticed that there were so much lawn weed. So me and my brother decided to pull them off to separate them from the grass. My grandma used to tell my brother to remove these.
image.png
image.png
This was what we were pulling from the ground.
image.png
Good thing that the whole root comes off upon pulling. We just had to tap it in the ground so there would still be soil left .
image.png

Here's a video of me during the process of pulling the lawn weed

We were surprised with my brother because there were grub worms when we were pulling some of the lawn weed.
image.png
We were able to see 3 grub worms. We should have called Timon and Pumba to eat em hahaha
image.png
That was the state, there were so much lawn weed. the patches of soil shows where they were.
image.png
image.png
To be honest, I actually thought that I wouldn't enjoy this but I did. It felt therapeutic to remove it from the garden. Though the only problem was that I felt a little back pain after from all the squatting. But at least this activity made me exercise and it also helped the garden.
image.png
image.png
image.png
It just looked like a war zone after pulling them all out.
image.png
After all that exercise and activity. I was just by the pond. I really love the view of the plants and the trees being illuminated by the sun. I hope that you guys had a great and productive day!
