Hey everyone, I joined Hive recently when I got to know about this hive thing from my classmate who mentioned it during our Finance psychology programme. I was excited after hearing, but when I joined it, I think that now I owe her for introducing me to a platform that is full of creativity, emotions, and my kind of feminine things, where I can perform my hobby, which is to create, share and know the stories of behind the sentiments of people and decorum of beauty.
The motive behind my participation in this supportive community is that I love to explore people more than anything. And since a social engager, I think I can enhance the environment and poster positive change through my creativity and engaging stories and content.
Meet me. My name is Ruth Oluwaseun, enrolled in the 28th chapter of my life. I am wholeheartedly immersed in the study of medicine, standing at the threshold of my final year. The thing which makes me feel proud is that I will be the first girl in my family to become a doctor, and that too on scholarship, which makes it even better. Having roots in an underprivileged family, it was a little bit challenging for me to meet the dedication, struggle, and hardships required for the medical profession, but my parent's support and trust brought me to the top.
Speaking about my family, my dad has been an electrician his whole life. Frankly, it seems like wires and sockets type things stand above his wife on his priority list and my mum, a housewife. She has been my first love, the most caring and lovely woman I have ever met.
Everyone who has talked with me calls me Dr. Extrovert due to my immense social skills. And since a medical maestro, I have this sort of obsession with human psychology. Like, how they feel, how they care, and what’s really up to them.
Speaking from the depths of my passion, writing wasn’t my cup of coffee, but the curiosity to explore dragged me in and made me stick to it. And I have been reading different stories since I joined and learning something from everything.
The thing that I have observed here is that writers are so casual here that it appears like they are doing some real face-to-face talk instead of a web post which makes me more passionate about this community and also gives it a better picture and creates an example of the beauty that lies in simplicity.
Opening up about my interest, I have an enormous craze for football. The love and passionate feelings I have for Messi might be more than my profession, and recently his performance in World Cup has made that love reach new heights of madness.
