It is a phobia that occurs to anyone any time.

Failure
It is a result of not having the desirable result you want to get on something.

People fail because they are afraid of failure, they are afraid of the outcome of something they are working on with that they make a mistake that cause them to fail, thousands of people are afraid of failure that is why they fail in everything they are doing, when you allow fear to overshadow your confidence then you will be trying to be careful then you will make mistake because over carefulness will put pressure on you, you just want to know what you are doing is correct or not and in that process mistake will occur and results to you failure.

You don't need to be afraid of failure, don't be afraid of the outcome of the thing you are doing, all you have to do is be positive and concentrate on what you are doing, you will see the outcome of it comes out with a good result, please take your mind off the fear, people make mistake because they are afraid of what people will say.

Why People fail

They want to know the outcome of their work, when they are still doing anything they think about the result instead of paying attention to the thing they are doing, thus resulting to their failure. Why rush for result when you will still see it later, calm down and work then Wait for result.
Some always want there audience to give them positive response making them to start thinking of the audience's remark, they want to know if their audience will like what they are about to perform then when they come out on stage they make mistake because their inner self is busy thinking of the audience's remark making them to develop this phobia called Stage fright, that's why the number of people that are afraid of speaking in public has increased greatly.
They don't have positive mind set, they are always thinking of their failure, why can't you think on the bright side, a positive mind achieve a positive results.
Student fail because they are afraid of the result of what they have not see making then to develop the exam fever we hear of today. Some when they want to write an exam they become afraid thus making them to develop exam fever, some become mute in class because they don't want their fellow students to laugh at them.
There are people that have a good business plan they want to present in their office, they have that good spirits to conquer, excel but when that fear comes they became afraid of the colleague's remark making them to make mistake why do the presentation.
People fail because they are afraid of people condemning them, making them to be pressured when they are so good on what they are doing and that paved way for them to make mistake in that process failure occurs.
It is high time you stand up and face your fear, it is not bad to fail, failure is not the end of a man, but will become when you give up, all you have to do is stand up and face that failure again until you get what you want, some people will loose interest when they fail without rising up again. Failure is part of a human life, you get knowledge from experience, if you don't fail how will you know that what you are doing is not right.

How To Over come It

Be positive, when you have a positive mind then you will achieve it but please don't be over confidence because it will make you to fail.
Just leave the outcome and feel free when doing it than thinking of the result that will surely come out, will that yourworry change the result?, no so why pressurizing yourself.
Before you start anything make sure you plan for it, get all the help that you will be needing.
Take your attention away from the audience's remark and give your performance
