Hi, you send the HSBI the same way as usual, by sending 1 HIVE to @steembasicincome with the name of the beneficiary in memo.
You can't see the units on the site https://www.hivesbi.com/userinfo/ because it is down for now,
But you can use this command in any blog comment to see your HSBI status:
!sbi status
