Come di consueto oggi vi porto dentro una nuova Anteprima di un articolo che fra qualche giorno o settimana vedrete Nella Mente di un SerialFiller, il mio blog interamente incentrato sul mondo delle serie tv e di cui, da qualche mese, ho deciso di regalarvi costantemente, in anticipo su quello che pubblicherò, gran parte dei post che vedrete su www.serialfiller.org.

Il suo agente, Jimmy, farà estrema fatica a trovarle un'altra occasione rilevante, ricevendo una sonora serie di porte sbattute in faccia.
La catena di fallimenti decreterà l'incontro che farà felici i fan di Hacks.
La riluttante Deborah, anche lei cliente di Jimmy, incontrerà, a sua insaputa, Ava, nel tentativo di dare a Deborah ciò che a Deborah manca (un'autrice giovane e dal punto di vista più fresco) e fare lo stesso con Ava, in cerca di un'opportunità vera che possa rilanciarla senza snaturarla.

Sarà grazie agli scontri/incontri con Ava che Deborah rimetterà in discussione la propria carriera, il format che l'ha accompagnata in 2500 spettacoli, le amicizie, la maternità, il proprio futuro, il proprio passato.
Al tempo stesso, per Ava sarà l'occasione di dimostrare, nel medio periodo, quanto possa essere in grado di ribaltare prospettive artistiche di una signora attempata, dispotica e con poche carte da giocare per vincere una volta ancora al blackjack.
Le 2, insieme, sono pura dinamite.
Nulla è scontato, nulla è già scritto.
Hacks ci sorprende costantemente, riducendo al minimo le possibilità di noia e navigando placidamente nelle acque tempestose del mondo dell'entertainment americano, cinico come pochi ed oggi ancora più miope nel gettare, indiscriminatamente, nel cestino carriere lunghissime e solide cosi come giovani carriere con un futuro glorioso davanti a sè, per un tweet o un comportamento superficialmente inappropriato.
Hanna Einbinder è stata straordinaria nell'interpretare un ragazza bisex in perenne cerca di qualcosa di stimolante, viva come poche, intelligente come pochi suoi coetanei ma totalmente disfunzionale, abbondantemente alla deriva in un mondo cosi soffocante e sconclusionato, spesso esagerato.
Jean Smart è stata letteralmente divina, capace di essere convincente sia nelle fasi drammatiche che in quelle esilaranti. Brava ed intensa sempre, banale mai.
Proprio come Hacks.

As usual today I am bringing you in a new Preview of an article that in a few days or weeks you will see In the Mind of a SerialFiller, my blog focused entirely on the world of TV series and of which, for the past few months, I have decided to give you constantly, in advance of what I will publish, most of the posts you will see at www.serialfiller.org.

Her agent, Jimmy, will struggle extremely hard to find her another relevant opportunity, receiving a sound series of doors slammed in her face.
The chain of failures will decree the meeting that will make Hacks fans happy.
The reluctant Deborah, also a client of Jimmy's, will meet, unbeknownst to her, Ava, in an attempt to give Deborah what Deborah lacks (a younger author with a fresher point of view) and do the same to Ava, looking for a real opportunity that can revive her without distorting her.

It will be through the clashes/encounters with Ava that Deborah will question her career, the format that has accompanied her in 2500 shows, friendships, motherhood, her own future, and her past.
At the same time, it will be an opportunity for Ava to demonstrate, in the medium term, how much she can overturn artistic perspectives of an aging, controlling lady with few cards to play to win once more at blackjack.
The 2, together, are pure dynamite.
Nothing is taken for granted, nothing is already written.
Hacks constantly surprises us, minimizing the chances of boredom and placidly navigating the stormy waters of the American entertainment world, cynical as few and today even more short-sighted in throwing, indiscriminately, into the trash very long and solid careers as well as young careers with a glorious future ahead of them, for a tweet or superficially inappropriate behavior.
Hanna Einbinder was extraordinary in playing a bisexual girl in perpetual search of something stimulating, as alive as few, as intelligent as few of her peers but totally dysfunctional, abundantly adrift in a world so stifling and rambling, often exaggerated.
Jean Smart was literally divine, able to be convincing in both the dramatic and hilarious phases. Good and intense always, banal never.
Just like Hacks.
