Been messing with ZeroEQ this week, Jun Murakami's 11-band equalizer. It follows the same idea as his other plugins: do one job, do it with zero latency, and stay out of your way. I kept it on several tracks while arranging and the delay never piled up, which is exactly what you want from an everyday EQ.
The layout clicked fast. Big curve display up top with the live spectrum running behind it, and below that eleven bands with their own gain, frequency, and Q knobs. There are range buttons from plus/minus 3 dB all the way to plus/minus 32, plus a Reset All for when you pushed a band too far and want to start over.
Format coverage is the full set: VST3, AU, AAX, LV2, and CLAP, on macOS, Windows, and Linux. Current version is 1.0.7, and there is a web demo on the product page if you want to try it in the browser before installing anything.
