It's a mantel clock from the Berlin, Ontario factory (1904-1941).
It measures 11.5 H x 16.75 W x 7 D in (crown); 10.5 H x 16.75 W x 7 D in (no crown)..
8-day time and strike; crown version strikes a pair of tuned rods, no-crown version a single rod.
