Good day community! I miss very much to participate in the ideas of the weekends but lately the weekends are taking up all my time, in this opportunity I want to share with you the beautiful, exhausting, fantastic and unforgettable experience of being an exhibitor with a group of friends of the enterprise of a very dear friend in the biggest anime convention in Argentina in the year 2022, since the Fantabaires I didn't know about such a long awaited event.
This time the venue was La Rural, there was also a food fair, they gave us some beer vouchers but we couldn't even go to pick them up because we didn't stop for a second.
The event lasted 3 days, I worked only Saturday and Sunday, the motto of the days was: we work and we have fun , since we were all otakus by law there was no other place we wanted to be those days, the amount of people that passed by our stand is incalculable, my friend made sure her participation by dividing the stand and sub renting the space she had, since the smaller stands were sold out very quickly.
She made t-shirts for all of us, with the logo of her company on the front, on the back the word crew, and below a special design of a series of our choice, I decided for the Red Ribbon logo because my cosplays were going to be all dragon ball, in the end I made just one, because the clothes I had to make them were before the last pregnancy, and thanks to that I quit smoking, I still haven't regained my weight 馃槶, I'll get it as soon as I'm serious about it, or I get a good cardio teacher 馃槈 whichever comes first.
The most announced was the Burnout Syndroms show, I couldn't even see it for so long, but it sounded really good, there were many more shows either, to tell the truth the loud music during the two days gave me a pretty annoying headache, I'm very sensitive to auditory stimuli, more than any other stimulus so the best thing was to stay at a safe distance from the main stage, as we were quite close and every now and then I would walk around to see the cosplay contest, some other show of the moment, there were also contests and well, all those nice things that make festivals special.
I'm still in that haze remembering and mentally reviewing everything that happened, it seems almost like a dream, or a trip to another reality.
Between the crowd of people, the changing moods of my colleagues, the personal and group work ideas of each one, the way things have to be done, several times I saw them in a bad mood complaining about each other, I always tried to appease their moods and give them back the smile and the context so they could smooth out the momentary roughness that was clearly caused by the stress of the situation, none of them was a sales employee, one of them is a masseur, another one a gamer, a girl studying criminalistics and law, another one a student of surgical instrumentation or something similar, I don't remember, the truth is she wasn't even going to come, she joined at the last minute xD, we were all giving our best in the way we understood how to do it, in a very small space attending a lot of people, the truth is they gave everything and it was very nice and interesting to see them going through all their facets.
We had fun, we took a lot of photos, less than we would have liked, I uninstalled Instagram to have more space in the memory of my mobile phone and even then I didn't have enough space.
We left exhausted and full of memories
Two of my all-time favourite characters 馃グ
I didn't waste any opportunity for fun
