I agree with these comments. We might as well just keep adding to this HF. There isn’t a rush that I am aware of to push this one through.

When you say, “Preliminary analysis shows that the performance benefits of this change are quite large and should dramatically increase the amount of transactions that can be processed in a block by a hived node”, what ballpark are you thinking? 2X? 3X? 100X?
