My point was, went beta runs out.
There is a preset number of packs, when they are sold, the demand for cards will still exist, but there is no option to buy them other than the peer to peer market. The cards if held from these packs should appreciate in price, thus bringing the total value of the cards sold at a later day to a value greater than what was paid. You can see that today with the prices for Alpha cards - those packs also sold for $2, but now have a value of $5-$6 I believe.
They are down to 235k beta packs, the last 26% of all beta cards to ever exist. The end is near, last week was like 31% remaining.
