The Day 23k
That is more like it. Less than 5k on Friday in all the cold and rain, but 45 and sunny, we spent all day out side. Two or three walks, plus a 4 mile run
The Run
Exact same run as all.the others, although my phone did said it was shorter. Instead of hitting 4 miles a few blocks from home I had to run to my door. Time splits were decent. I started slow and picked it up over the run. Running after a few days of running and kettle bells is showing, I need a recovery day soon.
