A lot to harvest out there; however, my favourite is the one you don’t dig: the eggplant. If I prepare a sauce for you with eggplant, you will love it. I mash it and add fresh palm oil. It's eaten with boiled unripe plantain, yam or potatoes. Nice report, no doubt.
