Crab Apples are Delicious
Been realy wanting some apples lately... Some real apples, picked from feral trees such as you'd find from Redkill Mountain, read through their website, it's pretty inspiring stuff and you should check it out, it's pretty full of awesome apple product.
Today on the way to a wedding up in the Adirondack we pulled over to grab a few good looking specimen and they're delicious 😋 😀.
I wish I had taken some more for pie or preserves maybe... something to have through the winter!
Next year I think I'll do better on that front, I really want more apple in my life now that I am no longer allergic!!!
