I may seem overly sensitive to this, but its because I do regulatory work in offshore legal structures. I've had to investigate, provide data for regulatory bodies and provide attestations for courts on this. Only been involved in providing data on a single crypto project directly. Note these activities are not core of what I do. I generally assist with the compliance work. There is no foundation law in my jurisdiction as it is deemed to be too high risk and I don't have any experience in DAOs.

I would support the investigation of options for structures though. Moving forward with the change and how that is done should be done on a separate proposal.
