I expect Clay to actually have the bylaws. The legal firm is most likely Collyer Law as it shares the same registered address of the company. They would not supply the bylaws (or should not).

So where are the bylaws of the company? I may seem overly sensitive to this, but its because I do regulatory work in offshore legal structures. I've had to investigate, provide data for regulatory bodies

This make the game significantly more decentralized which is not our goal. If a botting service is allowed it should be owned and run from the DAO using real DAO cards as assets.
