Friends, Happy Sunday everyone.
Today started with a very warm atmosphere, the sky was clear and bright since morning. The surrounding scenes seem much brighter due to the beautiful presence of the sun. Compared to today, the heat level was high. However, the Met office says rain will start again very soon.
It was a good day for me, although the heat level was high and I was sweating profusely. Still I enjoyed it as a beautiful day. Because beautiful days are more enjoyable to me than rains, I have said before that rains are sometimes a curse for a city like ours. When the roads are submerged in water, it creates a terrible environment.
Spent quite a bit of time outside today enjoying the bright and beautiful surroundings, although I had to drink quite a lot of water to give myself an extra sweat boost. In fact, sometimes many small mistakes push us to big dangers, unexpectedly we get into a lot of trouble because of them.
If we go outside in hot weather especially in hot season and if the amount of sweating increases then we should immediately drink extra water, or eat green dab, or eat ORSaline, even if that is not possible then try to eat liquid food or juicy fruits. So that there is no shortage of water in the body.
Although I am not very conscious myself, sometimes I also get into trouble. But today I did not make that mistake. As I walked along the road, I noticed many makeshift shops on the sidewalks, people relying on them to breathe a sigh of relief. But my walk was somewhat comfortable due to the presence of green trees on the side of the road.
As we all know that good things always come with good things, nature also returns good things if we take care of green nature. Walking along the side of the road with green trees is a great relief but walking along the side of the road without any green trees is a great feeling of uneasiness, I realized this very well today.
