Knock the unopened ampoule several times against a hard surface.
Carefully remove the polyethylene sealing.
Open the ampoule.
Transfer a small quantity of the sample into the ampoule.
Transfer the substance contained in the sealing cap into the ampoule.
Allow the sample and the reagents to mix.
Interpret the results according to the instructions that accompany the test.
