I don't think there's anyone who doesn't know caterpillars. Otherwise, it would feel weird, I thought. But if so, then the green plants and trees where the caterpillar is located, will be a very extraordinary sight if you go there. However, some people might find it amused and disgusted by this divine being's physical appearance. But I don't feel like it even though I don't like to hold it because some caterpillars are dangerous to hold directly by hand. However, if you are a lover of insect photography but feel disgusted and afraid to see it directly in the open, then you can witness it visually through the posts that I share. I tried to photograph it naturally so as not to change any shape and color on this green leaf-eating caterpillar.
Just a reminder of past school lessons that caterpillars are one of the largest groups in the world that ranks number two in their class, namely insects. Although caterpillars have the largest number in their class with various shapes and colors, we rarely realize that their entire life is spent eating a lot of food, especially at the larval stage, caterpillars must consume enough food to support themselves through the pupa stage to the larva stage. Why? Because without sufficient nutrition, of course it does not have enough energy to complete its metamorphosis. But another great thing is that caterpillars can convert some of the poisonous plants produced by plants to prevent herbivores from chewing on their leaves so the caterpillars can eat them safely.
Then, what are the leaf-eating green caterpillars like? Of course I've prepared some photography of the greedy creature. I say greedy, because they are really great connoisseurs of food.
