This afternoon, I explored the natural beauty around my house and captured it with my smartphone. I want to talk about two interesting plants that I managed to capture in my photos.
First, there is Praxelis clematidea, also known as "Santa Maria" or "Flea-bane". This plant has very attractive star-shaped flowers. I was mesmerized by the beauty of the flowers and wanted to share that experience with you. However, you need to remember, even though it is beautiful, Praxelis clematidea is often considered an invasive weed that can disrupt natural ecosystems in some areas.
Then I also discovered Bougainvillea glabra, a very popular ornamental plant. Originating from South America, especially Brazil, Bougainvillea glabra is famous for its flowers which are red, purple, orange, white or yellow, depending on the variety, as you can see in this post one of the colors. I was very impressed by the beauty of this plant and was lucky to be able to capture it in my photos.
These two plants are a testament to the beauty of nature and how modern technology allows us to appreciate it. But we also have to maintain the balance of nature and understand the impact of these plants on the local ecosystem while enjoying their beauty.
