A true leader has humility, so that he is willing to learn from others and be corrected, when need be. Some of the greatest moments in my life are times when my wife corrects me, gives me ideas, or provides insight on something that l haven’t been able to do right. My wife has awesome resources within her. It takes a real man to submit to help. It takes a fool to avoid it. God in not looking for a controller.
