About twenty-three hours ago I decided to take up the challenge of drawing a city for Art Explosion Week 36...
Armed with a cardboard and a single hb pencil, I set to work...
And beautiful fellows, this is the result!
It was tedious work, as I had to do the minute details as carefully as possible. Mind you, it was a freehand sketch, through and through... Just a cardboard, my pencil, and I...
At times I almost gave up, but being the first time i would attempt the art explosion contest, I decided to soldier on... Besides, after hours of attending to minute details of buildings with just a pencil, you couldn't even dare me to stop...
So I soldiered on... On the table, on the carpet... Twisting myself in different positions...
Just so I can come up here today...
And proudly give you this...
