I think when we start somewhere and got noticed that is the first motivation to continue, otherwise it is like being on lonely island and speak to "Wilson" ("Cast away" is my favorite movie with Tom Hanks). The beginners are just trying and learning how this works and such posts helps, appreciate for attention.
