Problem about Claiming SPS using Tronlink

Good day to everyone!

Can I just ask if anyone of you experiencing similar problem with me?

Whenever I try to claim SPS in Tron Blockchain using Tronlink, it just fail.

Iam just worried if this is permanent error.
