This is the first time I've heard of an “infinity barrel,” but it's actually a pretty good idea :)
Hmm, I was just tidying up and found quite a few bottles with leftover spirits—some from friends who make their own (there are quite a few people here who do that) and some of my own. I should find a barrel like that so I can start pouring them in.
Unlike you, I’d mix all the brandies together, since they’re old anyway—some more than ten years old—and a small oak barrel would give them some character over the years 😎
