Some say the Lion is the King of the Jungle, but more than often I regard the majestic African Elephant to rob the famous title. This photo was taken of a male individual on Amakhala Game Reserve, close to HillsNek Safari Camp. One fine morning I happened to be alone in one of our game viewers, when this beautiful creature decided to greet me. For a good minute, it was only him and me, surrounded by the splendid views and sounds of the environment in the bush. Another awesome start to a productive day!
