Like others have pointed out why is he saying money is going to be irrelevant soon and yet he is fighting for his bonus and all...?
I think people without AI skills are going to be come irrelevant. There still be a need to supervise the various AI systems and provide checks and balances.

In less than 10 years I believe AI and Robotics are going to be better at all the jobs that humans do right now. What that would mean for humans, I don't know...
