I don't know if this counts as moments of synchronicity, but as we visit various places around Seattle area we keep finding that we were in all the same places with my wife around the same time for about ten years prior to us meeting during a photoshoot at my then lake house. It was interesting, we went shopping at the same supermarket for 10 years, she had her regular hairdressing place next to the Yoga studio where I did hot power yoga for years, I shot many corporate events at the same Hilton where she had many corporate events of her own and the list goes on... We never met, because I am sure I would have noticed a hot looking, thin, sharply dressed and blond VP of Marketing :)

Like you said: "...a meaningful glitch in the matrix."

Also, I was in Montreal, Canada in 1999 doing my Entry Level Program training for Fujitsu Consulting :)
