This is a wonderful idea! In addition to the KE ratio (KE Ratio = (Author Rewards + Curation Rewards) / HP) of under 3: https://beebalanced.streamlit.app/ this would be a good criteria for upvotes.

The only thing is why are your requirements for HP so low? I think that 3 to 4k of HP for someone who has been around since 2022 is reasonable. I have not been consistently active on HIVE since 2022 and still got 5818 HP in author rewards.

I think you can raise all your minimums by a 1000 HP except 2025 and be good :) What do you think?
